สำหรับในพื้นที่ที่มีอุปทานคอนโดสูง เป็นเหตุให้การแข่งขันค่อนข้างสูงตามไปด้วย ผู้ประกอบการและนักลงทุนหลายรายจึงต้องลดราคาลงเพื่อดึงดูดผู้ซื้อมากขึ้น

เนื่องจากข้อจำกัด ในการเดินทาง ทำให้ช่างต่างชาติยังไม่สามารถเดินทางเข้าประเทศไทยได้ จึงเป็นความท้าทายสำหรับนักพัฒนาฯในการที่จะโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ห้องชุดให้กับผู้ซื้อชาวต่างชาติ โดยเฉพาะผู้ซื้อชาวจีน
นักพัฒนาฯจะยังคงเน้นและให้ความสำคัญกับการปล่อยคอนโดคงค้าง ซึ่งได้มีการกระตุ้นด้วยแคมเปญส่งเสริมการขายต่างๆ เพื่อเสนอให้กับผู้ซื้อที่กำลังมองหาข้อเสนอที่มีราคาสมเหตุสมผล
