Payment terms:
The rental price is not negotiable:

6 months contract 13,000THB per month.
3 months contract 14,000THB per month.
1 month contract 15,000THB.
The rental price includes accommodation only (without towels, bed sheets and etc).
For monthly rentals: full month pre-payment will be required upon confirmation, plus an additional deposit of THB 10,000.
For long term rentals (2 months +): full month pre-payment will be required upon confirmation, plus an additional deposit of THB 10,000. Also required one month guarantee deposit.
Utilities & Cleaning Services:
- - Water = THB 200 Nett per month (applicable to one Bedroom Suites only)
- - Electricity = THB 7 per kilowatt hour, plus 7%
- - Cleaning Fee for One-Bedroom Suite = THB 500 Nett per service.
- The following rates include linen and guest supplies (ie. towels, bed sheets, ..):
- - Cleaning Fee for One-Bedroom Suite = THB 700 Nett per service.
Additional points & benefits:
- Spa discount of 20% based on a la carte menu. Not valid on promotional menu or special offers.
- Guests can access to Angsana Laguna Phuket facilities
- Guests can use the Laguna Shuttle services when they operate. On-call service by Angsana van would be chargeable at THB 300 per way.
