XO2 Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development by Lifetime Developments in Toronto. This pre-construction project is located at 1182 King St W, the northwest corner of Dufferin Street and King Street W in the Liberty Village neighbourhood. Rising 19 storeys with over 400 suites, this community will offer additional commercial space in an already convenient location where lifestyle shops and services abound.
The intersection of Dufferin St and King St W separates the two condo buildings. The renderings of the condos reveal a mix of contemporary steel and glass and traditional brick. Since the buildings are located at the intersection, they will face both Dufferin St and King St. W. XO Condos with a podium of about four storeys high.
The podium's ground floor is expected to house retail spaces, and the other floors will include indoor and outdoor amenities for the residents. This exciting new addition to the Liberty Village is a brilliant opportunity for homebuyers to own luxurious homes minutes from the downtown core.
Project Features
Core Architects had the task of meshing together a two-phase project located across the street from one another, opposed to the usual shared podium two-building combo. Each building will be an independent entity that will complement each other in design and colour scheme. Exteriors of XO2 Condos will be comprised of soft grey and charcoal brickwork, horizontal lines, and sleek glass balconies.
The grade level will feature 1,927 square meters of commercial space, and 337 parking spaces will occupy three stories below. Expect luxury features and finishes and open concept floor plans ranging from 400 – 1,100 square feet. Amenities will be a full roster of indoor and outdoor spaces designed for a fulfilling lifestyle.
The indoor facilities are likely to be found on the building's mezzanine, where the fitness club, yoga centre, theatre, entertainment centre, and sleek lounge will likely be. This collection of indoor amenities will connect to the outdoor terrace, where BBQ's and seating will invite residents to relax with a company or a good book.
