XO2 Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development by Lifetime Developments in Toronto. This pre-construction project is located at 1182 King St W, the northwest corner of Dufferin Street and King Street W in the Liberty Village neighbourhood. Project Features

Core Architects had the task of meshing together a two-phase project located across the street from one another, opposed to the usual shared podium two-building combo. The grade level will feature 1,927 square meters of commercial space, and 337 parking spaces will occupy three stories below. Amenities will be a full roster of indoor and outdoor spaces designed for a fulfilling lifestyle.
