Overview
Wardian London is a residential-led development in London Borough Of Tower Hamlets, south of Canary WEharf in London's Docklands E14. Wardian London comprises two 55 and 50-storey botanically inspired towers - East and West Tower - comprising 764 apartment suites, restaurants, shops, a rooftop sky lounge and a 25-metre open-air swimming pool.
The development offers retail, leisure and cafe facilities on the ground and first floor. A new, landscaped public plaza in the western part of the site has been created, opening up the area to South Dock, just to the north. In addition to the high-end apartments, the project includes commercial, leisure facilities and innovative sky gardens by landscape specialist Camlin's.
The inspiration behind Wardian London is the explorer, botanist and inventor, Nathaniel Bagshaw Ward, a doctor. He invented a method of transporting plant life across vast distances in his innovative glass Wardian cases. The development is a joint venture between EcoWorld and Ballymore.

All surround a Wardian case containing the most exotic of the building's many indoor gardens.
25 Metre Pool
The open-air pool at Wardian is both a sumptuous sanctuary and a severe facility for dedicated swimmers. A miracle of contemporary pool design, it offers three 25-metre standard athletic swimming lanes amidst a sublime natural landscape. The serene space, framed by leafy canopies, adds a haven of watery beauty to Wardian's already stunning blend of luxury and botany.
