The Evermore Melbourne is a refined two-tower development based on a classically elegant podium. The composition of the project and the design of individual components at all scales have been informed by an appreciation of environmental issues to give the best communal and private amenity to the scheme and its neighbours. The Ground Level is fronted by apartments and commercial opportunities designed to integrate with and enhance the neighbourhood streetscape and grand lobbies creating a defined entrance experience. Location
The site ranges in scale from fine to coarse grain. Immediately surrounding the site are several recent residential developments of varying scales. There is also good access to public open space in the area due to the proximity to the Botanical Gardens.
