Landmarks define Miami, New York, and London. The time is now for the next Landmark to be born. The Design District will forever change not only Hamilton but Toronto as well. EMBLEM is unveiling its latest commitment to exceeding expectations. A landmark is coming to the city of Hamilton that will change the face of the city, forever encapsulating its heart and soul. Ushering in an exciting new chapter for the downtown core, EMBLEM introduces The Design District - a timeless monument inspired by innovation and driven by design.
Introducing The Design District, GTA's most anticipated development, featuring an innovative design by award-winning interior designer Burdifilek. This 31-storey designer condominium will feature furnishings by Louis Vuitton, making it the first of its kind in Hamilton. Located at 41 Wilson St (Wilson St and James St North), the development has over 19,175 sq. ft. of amenities. An inspiring new lifestyle in Hamilton where contemporary architecture reaches new heights. A Forever Moment.
The Design District Condos will use a black and white colour scheme consisting of vertical lines across all three towers. The podium will share the verticality of the bricks and windows found on the Trinity Lutheran Church, which is found on the northeast intersection of Wilson and Hughson Street North. Juliet-style balconies on the podium will provide a view of the church from the north and south side of the building.
This condo will contain a total of 9,326 square metres of indoor and outdoor amenity space. Within these spaces, we can expect to find a variety of convenient facilities, from well-equipped gyms to yoga studios, entertainment lounges and outdoor terraces. Similar to EMBLEM’s previous projects, we can expect this latest one to feature superior amenities that will undoubtedly benefit and add convenience to its residents’ lifestyles.

Commercial spaces, including brand-named groceries stores, banks and pharmacies, can all be found within a 3 km radius. For nightlife, there are restaurants representing multiple cultures, all within 2 km of the building. These restaurants include the Sagarmatha Curry Palace, Lulu’s Shawarma and the Greek Palace.
Most of the increase in job opportunities will be diverted to the downtown area. Since most of this area consists of mixed-use zones, many of these spaces can be changed to serve growing industries. Additionally, this condo presents an excellent opportunity for inventors and buyers looking for a vibrant and affordable community outside Toronto.
