Overview
Grand Bell Suites is a new condo project by Lakeview Development Holdings Inc and is currently in pre-construction. The new project will be located at 7 Erie Avenue in Brantford. The major intersection is Erie Avenue & Market Street South.
Grand Bell Suites will be the first master-planned community in the city of Brantford. Grand Bell will be 8 storey tower with 96 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layout. Units will range from about 551 square feet to about 851 square feet. Units will start from the 300’s. The estimated completion date for Grand Bell Suites is set for Fall 2021.
