Though the facilities offered may not be exceptional, E Residence aims to bring convenient living to its residents. Phase 3 is in the pipeline, which will see the integration of 24 triple-storey shop offices and a double-storey supermarket, along with an additional 200 units of Type B apartment homes and 80 Type C units, all 1,029 sqft in size with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
