Damai Residence is a low-density development. It is located in Sungai Besi, opposite Bandar Malaysia, and close to a BMW showroom. This puts it close to the Kuala Lumpur city center (KLCC) as well. Damai Residence is located close to Kuala Lumpur's heart, and thus it enjoys easy connectivity to major highways. Based on the KL City Plan 2020, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) has plans to revitalize Chan Sow Lin into a neighborhood of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Existing LRT and Upcoming MRT
A mass rapid transit (MRT) station constructed at Jalan Chan Sow Lin to be expected to become fully operational by July 2022. This MRT station will be connected to the existing light rail transit (LRT) Ampang line and sandwiched between the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) station and Bandar Malaysia North station. It is one of the 35 stations along the Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) MRT line. The second MRT line in the Klang Valley will connect Sungai Buloh and Putrajaya by running through 37 stations to form a 52.2 km alignment.
