E Residence is a multi-phase integrated project developed near Telipok town on the outskirts of Kota Kinabalu in Sabah. The residential phase of the project will see the completion of apartment residences. E Residence does not offer such facilities to its residents. Other than 24-hour security, there is an open space for communal use. Though the facilities offered may not be exceptional, E Residence aims to bring convenient living to its residents. Phase 3 is in the pipeline, which will see the integration of 24 triple-storey shop offices and a double-storey supermarket, along with an additional 200 units of Type B apartment homes and 80 Type C units, all 1,029 sqft in size with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
