The role act as Consumer Care Executive, who is required to service our existing consumers who subscribed our service in the Company’s website as below.

As our team also run some campaigns in social media platform such as Facebook to generate potential leads for our listing on Juwai.com, so we are looking for talent who is required to do the job responsibility as below: -

  • To perform cold calling to follow up and verify the potential leads (data) from social media’s campaign (eg: Facebook) before generating to the Company’s existing consumers.
  • To ensure the potential leads information are accurate before sending to the Company’s existing consumers.
  • To develop positive relationship with the potential leads and existing consumers.
  • To perform on-boarding process to new consumers, handle inbound calls from campaign’s referral and answer all the consumers’ enquiries when arises.
  • To record consumers’ information in the Company’s internal system.
  • To monitor and report campaign’s status, progress, and review to management weekly / monthly.
  • To perform regularly follow up with the consumers on their campaign’s listing performance in our Company’s website and share latest campaign plan with consumers when needed.
  • To discuss renewal opportunities with existing consumers before their subscription contracts end and maintain positive consumer relation with new contract agreements.
  • To assist oversea consumers in liaising with translation team for project information when necessary.

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably Degree in business marketing / business development / business admin or equivalent.
  • Language skills: Cantonese & Mandarin is compulsory to liaise with oversea consumers such as Hong Kong and China.

    • Bahasa Malaysia (it is extra bonus if you have it)
  • Preferable at least 1 years working experience in dealing with customers and customer relation management. Working experience in key account/ project admin is a bonus!
  • Fresh grads with customers relation / relevant working experiences can be considered.
