On 8th August 2018, leading online property website iProperty.com hosted the iProperty.com.my Agents Advertising Awards 2018 at the Sheraton Hotel in Petaling Jaya. There the best of the best in the real estate industry received their awards as an acknowledgement of the hard work they had done throughout the year.

iProperty’s AAA stands as a benchmark for property professionals and agencies in Malaysia ever since their first ceremony in 2014. The event was created to pay tribute to all the local real estate experts and companies who have proven themselves in the country, and are able to stand taller among the rest.

Team IQI was making their presence felt amongst their prestigious peers that night. We were honoured to receive the following awards.

And that was not all.

On 10th October 2018, the second StarProperty.my Real Estate Awards (SREA) was held at the New World Hotel.

The StarProperty.my Real Estate Awards is the brainchild of the devoted team behind StarProperty and Propwall who realise the important impact that the real estate and property market have on the world economy. The ceremony is aimed at showcasing the region’s finest real estate industry talents, boosting awareness and highlighting top quality agencies, agents and services.

The prestigious awards were presented by Star Media Group Bhd group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai, Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers president Nordin Daharom and many others.

That night, while standing shoulder to shoulder with other industry leaders, IQI was singled out and honoured with the following awards:

2018 has been a good year for IQI, and it can only go up from here. IQI will continue to show excellence and quality as it moves forward, helping Malaysians realise their property dreams, and will prove that it has earned each of the awards it has been given.
