I am Edward Phan (PEA 2062) also known as Teacher Phan, a professional Probationary Estate Agent from IQI Realty Sdn Bhd with more than 11 years’ experience in the real estate industry. I am graduated from Universiti Malaya in Engineering in 2005 and started my career in real estate since 2009. In 2018, I completed my Diploma in Estate Agency by BOVEAP, and start practice as Probationary Estate Agent since 2018. I provide trainings and share my experience to new RENs and free educations to public through Facebook live. With experience throughout my years in real estate industry, my team and I can offer professional service for you in any real estate transactions. We also provide free advice on real estate financing either private banking or LPPSA (Gov Loan).
